Flags at half-staff to honor 83-year-old Conejos firefighter who died in line of duty
ALAMOSA, Colo. (KRDO) -- Friday, flags across Colorado were lowered to half-staff to honor an 83-year-old firefighter who died in the line of duty. According to the Governor's Office, Harold Joe Cordova died Sunday, May 1 while battling a fire in Manassa. Firefighters and law enforcement escorted his body from Conejos County back to Alamosa.
