Slim turnout for first day of early voting in Capital Region

It was a quiet day for early voting in the Capital Region ahead of the primary election June 22. Albany County charted the most voters at its seven voting locations, particularly in Albany and Guilderland, where there are contested elections. In all there were 159 voters, said Kathy Donovan, one of the two Democratic commissioners with the county's Board of Elections.
