Sex Offender Out Of Audrain County Arrested In Fulton

A sex offender out of Audrain County is facing charges after an arrest by Fulton Police yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. Officers were conducting active patrols at Veteran’s Park when they located Ronald Bealmear Jr. He was arrested and taken to the Callaway County Jail where he was released with bond.

Farber Woman With Moderate Injuries In Audrain County Accident

A Farber woman has moderate injuries after a 2 car accident on eastbound U.S. 54 at Harrison Street in Audrain County yesterday (Sunday) afternoon. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol the accident happened when a vehicle driven by 60 year old Sheila M. Beiermann crossed the center line and collided with the towing unit of a towing truck.


After a high-speed pursuit that ended in a crash and four subjects fleeing on foot on I-70 in Cooper County on June 10, three have been charged with felonies. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the fourth suspect was not located after all of them fled the vehicle that was traveling at 106 miles per hour and passing vehicles on the shoulder prior to the crash. The suspect vehicle also was reported as stolen.

Columbia woman seriously injured in Cooper County crash

COOPER COUNTY — A Columbia woman is being treated for serious injuries after a crash in Cooper County Monday morning. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Keturah Resendez, 22, was driving on Route D at Route J when she traveled through a stop sign and into the path of a vehicle driven by David Schmidt, 28, of Bunceton. Resendez, who according to the report was not wearing a seatbelt, and her four-year-old passenger who was minorly injured were transported by Cooper County Ambulance to University Hospital. The other driver was not injured.
