The restaurant known for its cliff diving and sopapillas is reportedly being considered for purchase by the creators of South Park. Parker and Stone hope to buy the restaurant after its owner, Summit Family Restaurants, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on April 6. “We want to buy Casa Bonita and treat it right. "We are absolutely trying to buy it,” Parker said. “We are going to do everything we can. We want to make it right and make it amazing.”
