Wayne County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a Cleveland man on a charge of felonious assault in the Sunday fight and shootout at Dragway 42. Jonathan Paul Roman Perez of Cleveland is under guard at a medical facility where he is recovering from non life-threatening injuries that he received during the incident at the West Salem dragstrip in which another man died. He will be transported to the Wayne County Jail upon his release, the Sheriff's Office said in a post on its Facebook page.
