Born April 20, 1950 to Becky and Homer Stark in Orange, Texas, he was a 1968 graduate of Stark High School and graduated with a degree in Wildlife Management and Forestry from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Josh Morris officiating. For Joe’s family and friends in Texas, a memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday; October 2, 2021 at Iola Missionary Baptist Church (23471 FM 244; Iola, TX) with Bro. Tim Owens officiating. A family burial is planned at a later date at Willowhole Cemetery in North Zuch, TX. Joe was born on December 7, 1952, in Batesville, MS to Joe Warren Lamb, Sr. and Imogene (Johnston) Lamb. He graduated from Glen Oaks High School; being a life-long LSU Tiger fan, he attended LSU and graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in dairy science. After graduation, he managed the dairy and the laboratory at Louisiana Tech and it was during this time that he met and married his wife, Karen. They eventually moved to Baton Rouge where he was the marketing director for Louisiana Animal Breeders Co-Op, and upon his retirement, he worked for NCH Corporation, which he dearly loved.

Frank was born Aug. 28, 1943, in Groesbeck, to Thomas Landon and Ruby Helen (Nichols) Logan. After high school, he received a Masters Degree in Education. In addition to teaching and working at the Mexia State School, he was a farmer/rancher, something he thoroughly enjoyed. Santiago Cordova Jr., 72, was born on November 4, 1948, in Temple, Texas to Santiago and Eleuteria Cordova. He passed away in College Station, Texas on September 6, 2021. Santiago graduated in 1968 from Belton High School. Shortly after he attended Temple Jr. College, then entered the Navy service. Mr. Jim loved to watch boxing and football games on Sundays. A sophomore at Texas A&M had died due to complications from COVID-19. 20-year-old Kirstyn Katherine Ahuero of Glen Rose, Texas, died last week in Bryan. Ahuero was a biomedical science major at Texas A&M and had hopes of being a psychiatric nurse. According to her obituary, during the summer, she volunteered at the National Suicide Hotline.

Grange McCreary was born October 9, 1955 in Arkansas City, Kansas to Billy & Beverly (Grange) McCreary and passed away September 5, 2021 in College Station, Texas. He was raised in Pasadena, moved to Conroe in 1978, and later moved to Centerville in 2003. Grange was a life long police officer beginning his career with West University P.D. in 1976 and ending it with his passing in 2021. Thirty-four of those years were proudly served as a Sergeant with Conroe P.D. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, camping, shooting, riding his motorcycle, and always looking for his next project. He was a member of the Evans Chapel Methodist Church, a brother of the Masonic Lodge, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a life time member of the Montgomery County Fair Association and an enthusiastic fan of Texas A&M football. On October 27, 1979, he married the love of his life, Jackie (Boutotte) McCreary.
