Joshua Serrano, 33, of Williamsport allegedly looked up and said, “yes,” before he returned to throwing up. Serrano, who was charged in April for forgery and then again at the beginning of June for narcotics offenses, was instructed multiple times to pull his pants up. ...

Skyler Blake Snyder, 28, of Montoursville, passed away at his residence. He was born on January 8, 1994 in Sarasota, Florida, son of Scott and Susan (Robbins) Snyder. Skyler was a graduate of Montoursville High School Class of 2012 and Penn College. He was a member of Eureka Lodge #337 F&AM. He served in the Army 25th Infantry and was still serving in the reserves.

New Homeless Shelter Being Constructed
