We headed up to the historic Pennsylvania town of Honesdale, PA for the weekend to see why it is one of the hottest places to visit in the Poconos and to answer the question - is it worth the trip? SPOILER ALERT: it is! We found plenty of things to do, including grabbing amazing coffee from Black and Brass, seeing full scale locomotive replicas at the Wayne County Historical Society Museum, and taking in the stunning beauty of Tanner Falls! Only 2.5 hours from NYC, we think it’s one of the best hidden gems of the Poconos! What did you think? Would you visit?
