Disaster deadline now July 8; Lawrence, Perry, Madison, Rockcastle clinics set

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Kentucky Division of Emergency Management announced Wednesday that FEMA staff will be available to meet in person at additional Individual Assistance Registration Support Centers in Lawrence, Perry, Madison and Rockcastle counties to assist Kentuckians impacted by historic flooding Feb. 27–March 14, 2021.

Jeffersonville Main Street receives national recognition for 'exceptional commitment'

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Jeffersonville is receiving national recognition again. Jeffersonville Main Street Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has been working to keep the city's downtown area vibrant and thriving. According to a news release, it has once again been certified as a nationally accredited Main Street America program "for its exceptional commitment to preservation-based economic development and community revitalization."
