Clovis police searching for man accused of kidnapping ex-girlfriend

CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Clovis Police Department is searching for Kelvin Najera Sevilla, who they say kidnapped his ex-girlfriend. Police were called to an Allsups Thursday night where they found a woman bound with duct tape, along with nylon rope tied around her body and marks on her neck.

Bonnie Wright, 81, of Clovis, passed away on June 20, 2022 at home. Bonnie was born in Tucson, AZ to Joe M. and Celia King on September 21, 1940. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy for Girls in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona where she was a member of the Rodeo Team and while attending, won the U of A All-Around Rodeo Champion in 1961. On October 16, 1965 Bonnie married the love of her life, John O. Wright in Tucson. S.
