A Summers County man has been arrested following two alleged thefts. After investigating two separate incidents, police recently arrested Jacob Ryan Beavers, 23. Beavers is facing both a felony and a misdemeanor charge. According to the criminal complaint for the first incident, a report was filed stating that an individual had broken into the victim's garage. The victim allegedly received a call from an individual stating Beavers had broken into his garage.
