TCAPS Set To Release Ann Cardon Memo

A confidential memo at the center of controversy regarding the sudden departure of former Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) Superintendent Ann Cardon is likely to be imminently released. TCAPS Board President Scott Newman-Bale tells The Ticker he believes trustees will vote tonight (Monday) to make the document public instead of further fighting a court ruling ordering its release.

It was another packed weekend crowd at Homer Stryker Field. For the first five innings, spectators had their eyes glued to a pitcher’s duel. New in Town: In the driver’s seat at last

I was south of town last month, finishing a series of errands, when something new happened. I got in my car and unlocked my phone to look up directions. Michigan Restaurants to Try While You’re on Vacation this Summer

Just because you're on vacation does not mean that all your meals have to be cooked over a campfire or cooked on a stick you found on the ground. Believe me, I have no problem with food cooked like that, however, it is nice to be able to go and eat at a restaurant you may have never tried before. Michigan is full of wonderful restaurants and you don't have to spend a lot of money on a great meal.
