Woman killed in Concord crash identified

Authorities have released the identity of the woman killed in a single-vehicle crash that occurred in Concord Township. 27 year-old Amber Lynn Taylor. The accident happened in Concord Township June 19 at around 6:30AM on Behling Road. The vehicle Taylor was traveling in left the roadway and struck a tree.

A new and exciting level of competition for Dexter's Lily Witte

Named a High School All-American while competing for the Team USA diving team, Dexter’s Lily Witte has had quite a summer so far. The Sun Times News (STN) caught up with her after she had a strong finish at the Fina Grand Prix Canada Cup, which was an international competition that took place earlier this month. Witte is still considered a junior diver, so she said it was a real honor and humbling experience to represent the United States in such a high level event.

Pittsfield Police Investigate Death of Saline Woman Found in Roadway

Pittsfield Township police are investigating the death of a 58-year-old Saline woman. On June 17, just after 10:30 p.m., Pittsfield Township police officers and firefighters were dispatched to the intersection of Maple and Ellsworth roads. Michelle Young, 58, of Saline, was found injured in the roadway and was later pronounced dead at the University of Michigan Hospital, according to Pittsfield Police.
