GANN VALLEY – Leonard E. Harres was born on March 5, 1943, to Emuel and Emma (Czapskie) Harres in Buffalo County, South Dakota. He attended country school in Buffalo County. Leonard graduated high school at the Gann Valley High School in May of 1961. Leonard went to the Rapid City School of Business, Rapid City, South Dakota and graduated in 1963. He also attended the National Guard Noncommissioned Officers School in 1968.
Funeral services for Bobbi Jo (Dovey) Larson, 47, of Pukwana will be held on Wednesday, May 12th, at Calvary Baptist Church in Chamberlain, SD. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 11th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Hickey Funeral Chapel with a prayer service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial of the ashes will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 12 at St. Margaret Catholic Cemetery at Kimball.
