PITTSBURGH — A customer who suffered multiple injuries after allegedly slipping on produce left on the floor near the salad bar at a Giant Eagle is claiming negligence. Michelle D'Alesandro recently filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas for Allegheny County against Giant Eagle Inc., doing business as Village Square Market District alleging negligence.
