William A. Hickman, 75, of Stuttgart passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Bill was born on January 4, 1947, in Harrison. He was a graduate of Harrison High School and received his bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University. He was a musician and owner of Arkansas School Band Service. He was a member of The Lighthouse Church and twice Past Master of Masonic Lodge Euclid Lodge #130-Stuttgart, Arkansas chapter.
