Installation of All-Way Stop Signs at Trafalgar Parkway and SW 20th Avenue

City staff will be installing All-Way Stop signs at the intersection of Trafalgar Parkway and SW 20th Avenue on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Message board signs were placed in the eastbound and westbound directions of the intersection to inform the public on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Dedicated Task Force Created to Reduce Building Permit Backlog

The City is pleased to report that the first two days of work performed by our Dedicated Backlog Reduction Task Force were very productive. The task force was implemented with the primary goal of mitigating the backlog of building permits. Reducing the backlog will not only benefit those who currently have a backlogged building permit, it will also significantly decrease the amount of time it will take to process building permit applications received in the future.
