Woman struck by car hospitalized

LAS CRUCES - A woman was hospitalized after a sedan struck her in the middle of the street late Friday night. The incident occurred at about 10 p.m. when a Chevy Malibu struck an unidentified woman near Lions Park, according to Det. Frank Torres. He said the vehicle stayed on the scene after the incident. He said lighting and visibility were factors in the incident.

More than 900 customers without power in lower valley

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Electric’s outage map showed more than 900 customers were without power in the Lower Valley Saturday afternoon. According to the map, 983 customers are without power in the area near Del Valle High School. El Paso Electric is working to restore the power.

(EL PASO, TX) Depending on where you fill up in El Paso, you could be saving up to $0.46 per gallon on gas. On Saturday the cheapest gallon of unleaded regular in the area was at Costco at 6101 Gateway Blvd W . Regular there was listed at $2.73 per gallon Wednesday, compared to $3.19 at Chevron at 220 E Paisano Dr, which GasBuddy clocked as the most expensive station in the area.

Here’s the cheapest gas in Las Cruces Saturday

(LAS CRUCES, NM) Depending on where you fill up in Las Cruces, you could be saving up to $0.32 per gallon on gas. According to a survey by GasBuddy, Pic Quik at 825 Avenida De Mesilla was the cheapest station in the area, with regular listed at $2.67 per gallon at the pumps Wednesday. That was compared to Pic Quik at 1501 E Amador Ave, where a gallon of regular was selling for $2.99.
