Canandaigua man charged with criminal sexual act for 2012 incident

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Canandaigua man is charged with criminal sexual act in the first degree for an incident that allegedly happened in 2012. Investigators with the Ontario County Sheriff's Office say 30-year-old Christopher Luke Williams forced a female victim to perform oral sex on him while they were fishing together in the town of Phelps in 2012.

Their marine patrol and underwater recovery team found one on Cayuga Lake, near Camp Barton on the Seneca/Tompkins County line recently while investigating an unrelated incident. Real Eats Moving to Former Cheribundi Space

Real Eats is doing really well. The Finger Lakes Times reports the packaged meal company is moving to the former Cheribundi location on Routes 5 & 20. You might remember it as the former Tops building. Founder and CEO Dan Wise says the company will soon offer its meals through GNC, a national dietary supplement chain. That will allow them to sell their meals nationwide. Real Eats has gone from four to nearly 150 employees in four years. The move from the Geneva Enterprise Development Center downtown is expected to take place later this year.
