West Plains Teen Injured in One-Vehicle Crash

Mountain View, MO. – A 17-year-old teen from West Plains has been injured in a one-vehicle accident that happened on Sunday, June 26th, at roughly 4:30PM. The 17-year-old female was driving a 1999 Mazda Protege, going Northbound on Missouri Highway 17, 5 miles South of Mountain View, when she crashed. The crash occurred when the teen ran off the roadway, overturned, and struck several trees.

Myrtle Woman Injured Falling Off Tractor, Driver Arrested on Intoxication Charges

Myrtle, MO. – A Myrtle woman has been injured after falling off of tractor and the driver has been arrested following the Sunday accident. Mary-Lauren Niermann, 34 of Myrtle sustained moderate injuries after her fall, striking asphalt as she connected with the ground. She was transported to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. Niermann appears to have been riding on the fender of the tractor when she fell.
