ROME — A 29-year-old man is facing multiple charges after a domestic dispute at his sister’s house in Rome Monday morning, according to the Rome Police Department. Police said Robbie L. Johnson, of Rome, went to his sister’s home in the 300 block of N. Madison St. at about 9:30 a.m. Monday and let himself in. Police said Johnson got into an argument with his sister, then threatened her with a long boom handle.
