BOSTON (CBS) – Four people have been arrested in connection with a series of robberies near Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, Boston Police said Friday. Earlier this week, investigators said there have been seven muggings in the past five weeks in the area. They were described as “aggravated assaults” where cell phones, money or wallets were stolen. Just after 3 a.m. Friday, police spotted a group of a dozen people who they say were “loitering in front of four clearly marked No Trespassing signs” near Milk and India streets, just blocks from the popular tourist area. Boston Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Horse Is Held Without Bail

A Boston man has been arrested and held without bail for the alleged offense of sexually abusing a horse after earlier this month in Massachusetts. Jackson Z. Kelley, 19, is accused of making sexual contact with an animal, cruelty to animals and nighttime breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony. He turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday morning, local news outlet WCVB reported.
