This article is compiled from the Sedalia Police Department reports. On the afternoon of June 23rd, Officers conducted a vehicle stop at the Dollar General store, 2003 South Limit Avenue. A search of the vehicle located methamphetamine, marijuana, and a used hypodermic needle. The driver, George R. Jodon, 50, of Meta Missouri, was arrested for Driving While Suspended, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Dangerous Drug. The passenger provided a false identity, which was later discovered at the Pettis County Jail. Her true identity showed to have to active warrants for her arrest for Probation Violation on original charges of felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failure to Appear on original charges of Defective Equipment. Dianna S. Smith, 48, of Jefferson City, was arrested on the two warrants, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Identity Theft.
