According to Hall County Emergency Manager, Jon Rosenlund, the tornado was spotted around 12:55 a.m., near W. Schimmer Drive Several homes along W. Schimmer Drive and east of South Locust St. are damaged from the tornado. Power lines are also down in the area.

The U.S. Attorney announced Friday that Tess Kleinknecht, 31, was convicted of possession with intent to distribute. A federal judge Friday sentenced Kleinknecht to six years and five months in federal prison, after which she will be on probation for four years.

Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that Tess Kleinknecht, 31, of Doniphan, Nebraska, was sentenced today to 77 months in prison for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute by United States District Judge John M.
