Dodge To Unveil Three Electrified Models At Speed Week Event In Michigan

Dodge is set to host a special ‘Speed Week’ event on the famed Woodward Avenue in Michigan to tell the world about its electrification plans. The multi-day event will kick off on August 12 with a press preview the day before the MotorTrend Presents Roadkill Nights Powered by Dodge drag racing event. On August 13, a number of activities will be available for Dodge fans at M1 Concours in Pontiac, Michigan.

Greet Death – “New Low”

Late last year, the Flint, Michigan band Greet Death released their beautifully bummed-out single “I Hate Everything,” their first music since the excellent 2019 heavy-shoegaze album New Hell. At first, “I Hate Everything” sounded like a one-off and a big departure for Greet Death, who were now starting to sound something like an American version of Arab Strap. Since then, though, Greet Death came out with a series of songs that were more or less in the same vein. Today, they’ve released another one and collected those new songs into an EP.

LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) will continue to provide nutritious food by the truckload to Flint residents throughout July. MDHHS has provided the Flint mobile food pantries since February 2016 in partnership with the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan in Flint. July’s mobile food pantry distribution will have plenty of delicious, vitamin-rich produce, including potatoes, sweet corn, cucumbers and zucchini.
