Undefeated May, Abbott prepare to clash in state semifinals

The No. 1-ranked May Tigers will face an undefeated opponent this Saturday for the third consecutive week in the Class 1A Division I football playoffs. The unbeaten Tigers (13-0) are scheduled to play the No. 3 Abbott Panthers (13-0) at 6 p.m. Saturday in Dublin. The winner will advance to the state championship game scheduled for 11 a.m. on Dec. 15 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The 13-0 May Tigers will tangle with the 13-0 Abbott Panthers Saturday night, December 4, at 6:00 pm at Bob and Norma Cervetto Stadium in Dublin, Texas. On the line is the Class A Division 1 State Semi-final Championship. The winner will play at AT&T Stadium in Arlington at 11:00 am Wednesday, December 15.
