Hotel drug bust leads to two arrests

BECKLEY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – Two individuals were arrested early on Monday in a drug bust at a Raleigh County hotel. According to reports from the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 3:00am Monday morning, Cpl. B.J. Adkins responded to suspicious activity in the parking lot of the Microtel at 2130 Harper Road in Beckley.

Robert “Paipai” Lee Hall Jr., 53, of Raleigh, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at his home. His graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 1st, at Amariah Garner Cemetery in Newport. For those unable to attend, the service can be viewed through Robert’s obituary page on Munden Funeral Home’s website. The service will remain on the Funeral Home website for 90 days.

Hinton WV (Hinton News) - Local police recently arrested Stanley Chris Walls Jr., 37, of Hinton, who allegedly stole a four-wheeler from a Summers County home.
