McCURTAIN COUNTY, Okla. (KTEN) — Two motorists were killed and three others were injured in a fiery Sunday evening collision west of Idabel. According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Garrett Schultze, a tire of an eastbound sport utility vehicle blew out on State Highway 37 around 5:30 p.m. The SUV crossed the center line of the two-lane road, crashed into the side of a pickup truck, careened into a ditch, and caught fire.
