ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – A man was arrested after he allegedly lit himself and his girlfriend on fire during a fight, according to the probable cause affidavit. On Sunday, officers with the South Bend Police Department were called to the 400 block of North Walnut Street for a report that someone was on fire.

A 3-year-old girl who went missing last week in northwest Indiana has died, police say.

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - A man was arrested over the weekend in connection to a shooting in South Bend. Officers were called to the 2600 block of S. Michigan Street around 2:15 a.m. on Sunday. When they arrived, they found a male victim who was suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
