COVID-19 rules are changing in one Connecticut city as the number of new cases continues to fall. In another step toward normalcy, Stamford Mayor David Martin announced Tuesday that he’s lifting the city’s indoor mask mandate, effective immediately.
FAIRFIELD — A high school student unveiled a memorial Wednesday to honor all the people who died during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lin Sunil, a senior at Fairfield Warde High School, built the memorial as part of his Eagle Scout service project for Troop 82. He said he was inspired to do something as he watched the news while he was in quarantine.
