Beginning of July Could Be Big for Pitt Football Recruiting

Pat Narduzzi and his program historically have enjoyed tremendous success receiving verbal commitments in the months of May and June. Last season’s recruiting class received seven commitments in those two months while back in the Class of 2020, the Panthers received ten commitments. Currently, four players have committed to Pitt in June but no doubt, the decrease in numbers can be attributed to the college recruiting dead period just opening up on June 1 after no official or unofficial visits being permitted for over a year.
