Ferry crew helps rescue four divers near Edmonds terminal

EDMONDS, Wash. – Crews aboard the M/V Walla Walla ferry helped rescue four divers Friday night at the Edmonds ferry terminal. A spokesperson with Washington State Ferries says the ferry captain saw a scuba diver drifting under the Edmonds ferry dock just before midnight. The captain says it looked like they were struggling with a strong tidal pull, so supervisors were able to communicate with the diver who told them he needed help.

Man charged with attempting to elude a pursuing Kent Police vehicle

A 26-year-old Spanaway man faces a charge of attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle after a Feb. 21 street racing incident in Kent. Joseph M. Dillon allegedly sped away from an officer at speeds of 80 to 90 mph in a 35 mph zone eastbound on South 196th Street near 64th Avenue South, according to charging documents.

Driver Injured In Single-Car Rollover On 100th SW At 4th Avenue West In South Everett

A driver was sent to Providence Regional Medical Center with injuries not believed to be life-threatening following a one-car rollover on 100th SW just east of 4th Avenue West in south Everett. No other vehicles involved and Everett Police are looking into the caused of the rollover.
