A Paducah man was arrested after a stabbing Friday night on Thurman Street.

Suspect: Brian Ross, 49, of Paducah, arrested on a charge of first-degree assault and tampering with physical evidence. Paducah Police were called to the 2200 block of Eulah Street in regards to a stabbing. Officers found the victim with an apparent stab wound to the chest. They learned the victim walked there from Thurman Street where the incident occurred. Officers rendered aid, and the victim was transported to a local hospital, where he received treatment for significant injuries. The victim stated a man named Brian was the person who stabbed him.
