Woman killed after motorcycle wreck on I-40 near Vega

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - A woman died after a wreck on Interstate 40 near Vega on Saturday. DPS officials said the wreck occurred at noon about five miles west of Vega. A 2002 Harley Davidson motorcycle was east on I-40 when the rear tire blew out, causing the driver to lost control.

Motorcycle Crash Near Vega

The Texas Department of Public Safety is looking into an Oldham County motorcycle wreck that happened on Saturday, June 25 at noon. The wreck occurred on I-40 just west of Vega, when a 2002 Harley Davidson driven by 66-year-old Robert Heinrich of Garber, Oklahoma, when the rear tire blew out.

BF)--A local manufacturing location was destroyed by fire on Sunday. Don’s Doors LLC just north of the 4th and Willow intersection was heavily damaged by the fire that started early Sunday afternoon. Witnesses reported when fully involved, the building had flames reach over 25 feet into the air. Enid Fire crews were reportedly on the scene for hours watching for hot spots. There have been no initial reports of any injuries.

If you haven’t heard by now, two married women kiss in Lightyear. This, the tiniest scrap of queer representation, has a handful of people up in arms. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the 89er Theatre in Oklahoma. Over the weekend, the movie theater in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, posted a sign promising/warning everyone attending Lightyear screenings that they would attempt as best they could to make sure nobody saw the kiss.
