OU football: Former Sooners receiver Cody Jackson announces commitment to Houston

Former Oklahoma redshirt freshman receiver Cody Jackson has committed to Houston, he announced on Wednesday. Jackson previously entered the NCAA Transfer Portal on April 25. During his lone season with the Sooners, Jackson caught five passes for 45 yards in two appearances. The Richmond, Texas native missed the majority of the 2021 season due to an undisclosed reason.

OU basketball: Former Sooners guard Umoja Gibson announces commitment to DePaul

Former Oklahoma senior guard Umoja Gibson has committed to DePaul, he announced on Wednesday. Gibson previously entered the NCAA Transfer Portal on April 27. Gibson averaged 13.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game while starting every game for the Sooners last season. He also finished the season as an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention.
