WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - Wichita police say they have not found evidence of foul play in the death of a 50-year-old woman whose body was found in an alley. Officers responded at around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday to the report of a body in an alley in the 500 block of north Ash, near Central and I-135. Police spokesperson Chad Ditch said they arrived on scene and found Shana Hines in the alleyway. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - At around 11:06 a.m., a 2014 Chevy Cruze was traveling east at 7600 west MacArthur Road when it hit a 20212 Ford F-150 heading west. The 32-year-old male driver of the Chevy Cruze died at the scene and the 27-year-old male driver of the Ford F-150 was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

HARPER COUNTY (KSNT) – A Kansas man was killed Tuesday when the car he was driving hit a semi-tractor trailer head-on. Jimmy Anderson, 58, of Wichita, died Tuesday when the Nissan Frontier he was driving northeast on Highway 2 crossed the center line and hit a 2023 Kenworth semi head-on. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported the crash but does not yet know why the vehicle crossed the center line.
