WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - In an affidavit filed in July, Norton police said that a woman forcibly tattooed a 9-year-old neighbor after the girl’s stepmother gave permission. Police say MyKayla Forsberg held down the girl in the child’s living room on June 11 and used a needle to tattoo a heart on her shoulder. Forsberg was arrested on Aug. 14 for unlawful tattooing, tattooing a minor without consent and child endangerment. She was released after posting bond.

FURNAS COUNTY, Neb. — An Oxford man charged in connection to the ongoing Furnas County sex trafficking case has pleaded no contest. Furnas County Court records said Virgil Eman, 61, pleaded no contest on Friday to failure to report child abuse, a misdemeanor charge that has a max sentence of three months imprisonment, a $500 dollar fine, or both.

Oxford man admits to child abuse in Furnas County sex trafficking case

BEAVER CITY — An Oxford man has admitted to committing child abuse in a Furnas County sex trafficking case. Carl Kramer Sr., 50, of Oxford pleaded guilty to two counts of felony child abuse in Furnas County District Court. He was originally charged with three counts of sex trafficking of a minor. Two of the charges were amended to child abuse, and one of the charges was dropped.
