He has been helping local residents for the last three years, and he has gone above and beyond over the course of the pandemic. However, one of his crowning achievements is helping over 400 people find permanent housing.

CCFOA Craft & Yard Sale Fundraiser

A summer craft and yard sale helps raise funds for a local animal shelter and bring awareness to area craft-makers. Orioles Community Center in Lehighton was filled with vendors this Saturday to show support for Carbon County Friends of Animals. Sellers set up at tables and tents sold clothes and other handcrafted items to benefit the shelter. Staff say they are thankful for everybody who came out to the event.
