OVIEDO, Fla. – The Oviedo Police Department has arrested a man for shooting a 41-year-old woman during a road rage incident on Tuesday evening. "He did not act lawfully. His actions were not legal, so he was arrested and charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery," explained Chief Dale Coleman during a news conference Wednesday afternoon.

The proposed Brightline expansion from the Orlando International Airport to the Tampa area was supposed to stop at a station in Disney Springs.
