Teen accused of making gun threat against Saginaw’s Arthur Hill High School goes AWOL

SAGINAW, MI — A teen ward of the state accused of making a gun-related threat against Arthur Hill High School has skipped bond and is in the wind. Cody F. Lampley, 18, was arraigned March 14 on one count of false report or threat of terrorism and was jailed on a $20,000 bond. On March 22, Saginaw County District Judge Terry L. Clark freed Lampley on a $50,000 personal recognizance bond, with the stipulation he would be housed at Holy Cross Children’s Services. Lampley was not to leave Holy Cross premises unless he was accompanied by a staffer, Clark ordered.
