SLED: Three men charged in multiple vehicle crimes

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Three men are facing charges in connection with multiple vehicle crimes, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division. According to officials, Frank Edwinn Easterlin, 37, of Rowesville, SC, Jonathan Carter Easterlin, 31, of Orangeburg, SC, and Harvin Antwain Spigner, 40, of St. Matthews, SC are each charged with multiple vehicle crimes dating back to April of 2019.
