Moore Pool reopens after repairs

Hero Walk looks to honor Pennsylvania's veterans

People took a stroll Saturday to support local veterans, showing up for the 14th annual PA Hero Walk. It’s a walk that treks across the state. 1 dead after house fire in Uniontown

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - One person was killed in a morning house fire.It happened just after 11:30 this morning on Elwood Street in Uniontown. It took firefighters about two hours to put the flames out.The victim's name has not been released and there is no word yet on what started the fire.

Missing 13-Year-Old Child Found Safe

Allegheny County – On Thursday, June 23, 2022 at approximately 11:45 p.m., West Mifflin Police requested the investigative assistance of the Allegheny County Police General Investigations Unit for a 13-year-old female that was reported missing from her West Mifflin residence by her biological father and legal guardian. County detectives from the General Investigations and Homicide Unit responded to the area with West Mifflin Police and initiated an investigation.

Saturday Night Steelers Open Thread: Summer Edition

As you may have noticed, I changed my icon. We have a new puppy, that’s Henry, he’s Standard Poodle on his dad’s side, papers and all. His mom is an English Cream Golden (which sounds like a beer) Retriever. Turns out I was 10 the last time I lived in a house with a puppy, there’s lots of learning going on, and he’s not a fast learner. Currently he’s getting along on his looks. Actually don’t ever tell him I said so, but he appears to be pretty bright.
