Illinois resident ejected through windshield in Audrain County accident Friday

AUDRAIN COUNTY, Mo. — A Chicago, Illinois resident was injured in an Audrain County accident Friday morning. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Ricardo Martinez, 29, was driving on Route CC, at Audrain Road 209, around 9:20 a.m. Friday. Another vehicle, driven by Paris, Missouri resident, Michelle A. Hollingsworth, 40, attempted to pass his vehicle. Martinez ran off the right side of the roadway, he overcorrected, returned to the roadway and struck Hollingsworth’s vehicle. Martinez was ejected through the windshield when his vehicle slid off the roadway and overturned. He was transported by Audrain County Ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia with moderate injuries.

Auxvasse man injured after being ejected from motorcycle in Audrain County Friday night

AUDRAIN COUNTY, Mo. — An Auxvasse man was injured in an Audrain County accident Friday night. A Missouri State Highway Patrol report states Mark K. Crum, 59, was driving a Harley Davidson motorcycle on U.S. Highway 54 at Route BB around 8:09 p.m. His motorcycle struck the curb in a roundabout, landed on its side and ejected him.
