A church in Forrest City, Arkansas is accused of turning away a woman because she is Black. According to KLRT-TV, a viral post from a woman, who goes by the name Donna Mac on Facebook, said she received an invitation to the church but when she arrived, she was subject to two uncomfortable interactions with an older white man and woman.

ST. FRANCIS Co., Ark. (KAIT) – A thick plume of smoke has caused a major slowdown in traffic on I-40 between Wheatley and Goodwin. According to IDriveArkansas.com, a vehicle is burning about six miles northeast of Wheatley. The fire has caused a significant amount of smoke to blow across the interstate, slowing traffic.

First Baptist Church in Forrest City, Arkansas was accused over the weekend of racially discriminating a Black family visiting their church. A woman shared on her social media page the details of how she felt two church members were out of line by first not letting them into the 11 A.M. worship service. She noted that one male member questioned why her family was there in the first place. After not being let in she questioned the other member, an older lady, if everyone was welcome at the church.
