Mother of five identified as victim of Sunday's deadly crash in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Rochester Police have released the name of the victim of Sunday's fatal crash, involving a stolen vehicle. 36-year-old Tishara Pugh was killed when her car was hit by a car police say was fleeing after being stolen. Pugh was a mother of five. A passenger in Pugh's vehicle is still in critical condition.

Police: Lyons Man Throws Hot Soup on Family Member

A 19-year old Lyons man was arrested Monday after he allegedly threw a hot bowl of soup on a family member. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports Jacob Beachard was allegedly involved in a verbal altercation with the victim when he threw the soup. The victim reportedly suffered second-degree burns.
