4-star Baylor QB commit Austin Novosad offered by Texas A&M

In the midst of an unofficial visit to Texas A&M, Dripping Springs (Texas) quarterback and Baylor commit Austin Novosad has received an offer from the Aggies. Jimbo Fisher and Co. are the latest program to officially enter the mix with the four-star passer, who is also an A&M legacy. After receiving an offer from Ohio State and visiting the Buckeyes two weekends ago, Novosad is also drawing interest from Georgia.

Bryan Police Arrest For Aggravated Kidnapping And Armed Robbery And College Station Police Arrests For Check Forgery And Criminal Trespassing

A College Station woman has been in jail since Tuesday on charges of aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon and armed robbery that took place more than four months ago. 18 year old Emily Sustaita is one of three people College Station police identify as participating in what she told officers according to arrest reports of an “ill formed” plan that “did not go to how it was supposed to.” The victim said the suspects were taking him to east of Conroe to pick up a car that he had purchased. Sustaita, who was driving, told officers that the victim was supposed to be strangled until he became unconscious. Then they would drive back to Bryan where they would use the victim’s keys to get into his apartment and take a large sum of money. Instead, the victim fought back, the suspects returned to Bryan, and victim got away. As of Friday evening, Sustaita remained in jail in lieu of bonds totaling $30,000 dollars.

Bryan man makes full recovery after doctors told family to say final goodbyes

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Bubba Peters is a simple man. He enjoys riding and taking care of his horses, spending time with his family and reading. Although, the 85 year old thought those things were slipping away in January when he contracted COVID-19. Within a matter of days, he was also diagnosed with pneumonia. Both conditions kept him in the hospital for multiple days. His wife, Mollie Peters, said doctors told the family they didn’t think he would recover.

Reverberations of Roe vs. Wade being overturned in the Brazos Valley

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - Despite the fact there are no abortion providers in Bryan or College Station, Friday’s decision from the Supreme Court on Roe vs. Wade will have a noticeable impact on the Brazos Valley. Texas has a 30 day trigger law and other recent laws like Senate Bill 8 which passed last year, which allows the state to outlaw abortion if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.
