Fatal Car Accident in Bollinger County

(Patton) A fatal car accident involving a 65-year-old male occurred this morning. The Highway Patrol says the crash occurred at Missouri Highway 72, just 2 miles west of Patton. Marquand resident Delbert Mills was traveling eastbound when he ran his 1998 GMC Jimmy off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree. Delbert was pronounced at Madison Medical Center at 10:17 am. Delbert was not using a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

According to a survey by GasBuddy, R & P Oil at 116 N Kingshighway St was the cheapest station in the area, with regular listed at $2.74 per gallon at the pumps Wednesday. That was compared to Barnes Mart at 509 S Kingshighway , where a gallon of regular was selling for $2.79.
