June was born on June 1, 1924, in Flora, Illinois the daughter of James and Fannie (Greenwood) Clark. She married Cleo Andrew Bible, in St. Louis, Missouri on July 18, 1942, and they shared 79 years of marriage before he preceded her in death on March 6, 2022. In her early years she worked at Spartans, in Flora, and then was mostly a homemaker taking care of her family. She loved to cook, do word puzzles, and was a quilter. June was a member of the Red Brush Christian Church in Louisville.

The Vandalia Fire Department battled two structure fires on Saturday night. Vandalia Fire Chief Mark Meadows says they were called to a structure fire in Bluff City with 16 firefighters responding to the call and they were on the scene for 2 1/2 hours. Chief Meadows says while there they were paged to a second structure fire. Chief Meadow says they pulled resources from heir station and pulled firefighters and equipment from the first scene. And, they were on the scene of the second blaze for about 2 more hours with the same 16 firefighters battling the blaze.
