Library consultant stays on, this time for board development

Maureen Sullivan is sticking around a bit longer to help Teton County Library. The consultant has been helping the library for a few months, first with the hiring process that brought new Director Kip Roberson to Jackson, then with his onboarding. Now, the library board is retaining her services again to help it create a working agreement with Roberson.

A Teton County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped a 41-year-old female non-resident at 11 a.m. July 20 for going 67 mph in a 55 zone on Highway 89. During the stop the deputy observed the passenger attempting to hide what looked like a vape pen in her bra. The deputy asked the passenger if the vape pen contained THC, and she admitted it did, sheriff’s Sgt. Clay Platt said. The deputy then searched the vehicle and found a small amount of marijuana, THC shatter and THC vape cartridges. The deputy issued two citations and released the driver.

Pair of golf August golf tournaments to benefit the hospital

If you like St. John's Health and you like golf, you've got a couple things to put on your calendar for August. First up is Tee It Up for Oncology on Aug. 12 at Teton Pines.
