The Northeast Alabama Regional Airport is dying from “benign neglect.” The Pilgrim’s Pride animal parts rendering plant issue has only highlighted this neglect. Gadsden gas price survey: Cheapest station saves $0.18 per gallon

(GADSDEN, AL) Gas prices vary across in the Gadsden area, but if you’re willing to head for the cheapest station, you could be saving up to $0.18 per gallon. Circle K at 1205 W Meighan Blvd was the cheapest station in the area, according to a survey by GasBuddy, with regular listed at $2.61 per gallon Wednesday. By comparison, the most expensive gallon was at Shell at 1895 Noccalula Rd, where a gallon of regular was selling for $2.79.

A resident in Albertville is asking for the public’s help in identifying the perpetrator in a hit and run involving a vehicle and a house. Jill LaBrosse told The Reporter that a vehicle crashed through her garage door at her home on Buchanan Road Tuesday and left without a trace other than the significant damage done to the door and contents inside, including LaBrosse’s car.
